Tucked away in the beautiful Oxfordshire Village of Buckland you will find our welcoming country pub restaurant, where we combine the charm of our Cotswold stone building with hearty well made food, friendly service and good drinks.

The food that Richard and his team prepare is locally sourced when possible and our menus concentrate on being seasonal with plenty of fresh produce. We may not have a riverside location, we do however have a sheltered patio, for alfresco dinning, a vegetable patch - yes we really do grow some of our produce ourselves and an large grassed lawn with dappled shade.

We are proud to be part of the Buckland community and  welcome everyone,  drinkers, diners, muddy boots and waggy tails.
